REGISTRATION
When registering, bring a copy of the child's birth certificate and sacramental certificates (baptism, first communion) as applicable. Yearly tuition for sacramental preparation is $125. Please be prepared to make payment by cash or check.
For first year Confirmation, candidate must be present for a brief interview.

NEW FAMILIES
Complete the appropriate registration forms (also available in the Faith Formation office). Please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate and any sacramental certificates (Baptism, First Communion), along with your registration fee.
For First Communion preparation, a parent or legal guardian must be present to register.
For first year Confirmation prep, the candidate (child) must be entering the 9th grade or above, and be present during registration for a brief interview.
For continuing faith formation, use either form for registration. You may register up to two children on the same form. The fee for this program is $100.

RETURNING FAMILIES
If your child was in our program LAST YEAR, then you do not need to print any forms. We already have your information and when you come to register, we will present you with a print-out for your approval and update. It will include the Emergency Information, so you don't even have to bring that with you!
If you had a child in our program last year and are now registering another child, then please follow the instructions for "New Registrations".
