REGISTRATION

Registration for the 2020-2021 Religious Education School year will begin Monday, November 3, 2020 and go through Thursday, November 19, 2020. Office hours will be Monday-Wednesday 10:30am-5:00pm and Thursdays 10:30-2:00pm. Classes are slated to begin in January.

The registration documents are available for download via the links below. Please print both the registration form and emergency form (two sides each), fill them out, and bring to the Faith Formation Office. If you are unable to print at home, please feel free to stop by for a packet during office hours. You must bring a copy of your child’s birth and baptism certificates in order to register. Also, for Confirmation classes you will need to call the Faith Formation Office to make an appointment for an interview and please bring a copy of your child’s First Communion certificate. If your child is not yet baptized and interested in our First Communion program, please call the Parish Office to make an appointment at (510) 797-0241.

The registration fee is due at the time of registration. The fee is $125 per student in a Sacramental preparation class (First Communion or Confirmation) or $100 for students in our continuing education program.

First Communion and Confirmation preparation are two-year programs for students in 1st through 12th grade. Continuing education is for students in grades 3 and up.

RETURNING FAMILIES

If your child was in our program LAST YEAR, then you do not need to print any forms.  We already have your information and when you come to register, we will present you with a print-out for your approval and update.  It will include the Emergency Information on the reverse, so you don't even have to bring that with you! 

If you had a child in our program last year and are now registering another child, then please follow the instructions for "New Registrations".  (You do not need to print an Emergency Form for your returning child/ren who were in the program LAST YEAR.)
