This Week's Bulletin
A Letter from our Pastor
Dear parish family,
I have enjoyed meeting many of you already and I’m slowly getting settled and unpacking. Thank you for your warm welcome! As I mentioned in my introduction letter to you, we are faced with a concern of having many Masses with much fewer clergy. I am making every effort to minimize the impact of any changes yet some of you may need to adjust for them nevertheless and I apologize for that. Sacrifices will need to be made in order for me to serve the parish consistently over time. The first of these changes will take effect on Monday July 16th. Daily Mass (Monday-Saturday) will be offered at 9 a.m. only. Although I was hoping to combine the two daily Mass times into a middle time such as 8 a.m., I was reminded that that time would conflict with the daily school drop-off routine in our parking lot and thus impact daily Mass parking as well. Therefore, 9 a.m. is really the best time in order to avoid this. I am also evaluating the Sunday Mass schedule and I have consulted with members of the staff, Deacon Roger and I will meet with the parish council soon to discuss as well. Once we have a plan I will announce it to you as well. In the meantime, please know my gratitude to you for your welcome and patience. Blessings to you for a good week ahead!
